Any applicable plant warranty or guarantee is governed by the specific warranty terms provided by Plumline Nursery.
General plant-care information provided through the Website is educational in nature and does not guarantee that a particular plant will survive or perform successfully in every property, soil type, climate, or growing condition.
Customers are responsible for following applicable planting, watering, maintenance, and care instructions.
8. Landscaping, Design, Installation, and Maintenance Services

Program benefits, discounts, exclusions, coupons, membership periods, pricing, and eligibility are subject to the terms presented when the membership is purchased.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, benefits:

• Have no cash value.

• May not be combined with certain other promotions or discounts.

• Apply only during the applicable membership period.

• Are subject to stated product, service, or labor exclusions.

• May not be transferred or resold.

Any renewal terms presented at the time of enrollment will apply to the applicable membership.
Plumline Nursery may modify future program benefits or pricing. Changes will not unlawfully deprive customers of benefits already purchased for an active membership period.

Gift cards, coupons, promotional offers, discount codes, credits, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration rules where legally permitted, exclusions, and eligibility requirements.
