Warranty Eligibility: To ensure the long-term health and success of your plants, our warranty is strictly limited to plants installed in the ground. While container gardening is a wonderful way to landscape, pots and planters do not provide the consistent insulation or moisture regulation necessary for us to guarantee survival. Please ensure your plants are properly transitioned to the earth to remain eligible for coverage.

 

If Plumline Nursery installed the original plant, the warranty is three years from the retail purchase date, and the customer does not pay delivery or planting for the replacement.

 

Perennials, annuals, tropicals, herbs, vegetables, groundcovers, sod and other marked items are not warrantied!

Bringing the dead plant back to the nursery is discouraged. Photos sent in or brought in are the preferred way to make a claim. A close-range picture is what we want. Store credit or a replacement plant of equivalent purchase price may be provided at the salesperson’s discretion. Product will be replaced one time only. Replacement plants are not warrantied. There will be no cash refunds. Third party purchases and clearance items carry no warranty. If Plumline Nursery did not install the original plant, delivery and planting fees are still required for a replacement.

Although we do our best to keep a record of your purchases in our computer system, we strongly encourage you to keep your receipt for warrantied items to expedite your claim.

We are not responsible for dead plants due to improper watering or animal damage
