Initial Draft – Back at Plumline, detailed plans are sketched including material lists, plant lists, and elevation maps. This step also includes a more in-depth cost estimate.

Revisions and Contract Finalization – Upon drawing completion, we arrange a second meeting to discuss likes and dislikes, changes, and time frame. Upon your approval, a contract is supplied and then we are ready to proceed!
