New Warranty Policy

The survival of trees, shrubs, and grasses are warrantied for
One Year from retail purchase date.
- 100% store credit
If Plumline Nursery installs your purchase, it is warrantied for 3 years. The cost of delivery and planting for your replacement material is covered under the three-year warranty as well.
Perennials, annuals, tropicals, herbs, vegetables, groundcovers, sod and other marked items are not warrantied!
All claims must be accompanied by the dead plant or a sufficient close-range picture of the plant. Store credit or a replacement plant of equivalent purchase price may be provided at the salesperson’s discretion, Product will be replaced one time only, Replacement plants are not warrantied. There will be no cash refunds. Third party purchases and clearance items carry no warranty. Deliveries and planting fees are still required for replacement plants.
Although we do our best to keep a record of your purchases in our computer system, we strongly encourage you to keep your receipt for warrantied items to expedite your claim.
We are not responsible for dead plants due to improper watering or animal damage
